The Portuguese Pedro Costa has been elected as the new vice-president of DCL for the next 2 years under the current president Juan Carlos Basilio.
Pedro Costa with a long experience in sports and society for deaf people will have the aim of supporting the DCL president and political work. He will also collaborate in other areas such as support, study and reform the constitution, rules and regulations within the DCL.
He has been a football and futsal referee in many DCL competitions and for now he will not referee in the next DCL competition as he focuses on his role as DCL Vice President, but will be able to continue to referee in other international competitions such as EDSO or ICSD.
